Click and hold functions
– Mixer – Page Up/Down keyboard keys move through the plug-in windows of the current mixer track. – Options – Play truncated notes in clips, restores overlapping notes in sample clips. GUI animation level now ranges from reasonable to entertaining. New Plugins – BassDrum – Deep Kick-Bass percussion synthesizer with sample layering. BassDrum was developed due to strong and loud customer demand for powerful kicks with a lot of bottom end. Our solution was to use a hybrid synthesis/sampling path to provide unlimited customization for the perfect kick sound. – GMS (Groove Machine Synth) – Multitimbral hybrid synthesizer and FX channel lifted from Groove Machine.
Another plug-in by popular demand
– Effector – 12 performance-oriented effects: distortion, Lo-Fi bit reduction, flaps, phasing, filter (low/high pass), delay, reverb, stereo panning and binaural, locking, granulation, voice formant and ring modulation effects. Effector was introduced to complement the performance mode and is great for use with multi-touch displays and controllers. – Patcher – Introduced with FL Studio 10 to provide a means of saving and recalling frequently used effect and plug-in chains. It is in the new section because in addition to the patcher being revamped with animated connections and a new interface, it has gained two of its many others, voice effects (VFX). – VFX Key Mapper – Allows you to transpose, change keys, align or creatively transform note input live or from the piano list. – VFX Color Mapper – Uses the FL Studio 16 piano note colors, which are traditionally associated with MIDI channels.
